About the Quran Circle:
The Quran Circle is an English-language program at MIT, established in 2016, dedicated to the study and reflection on the Quran through tafsir (exegesis) and research on Quran-related topics.

About the Speaker: Sister Elham Shekari holds Master’s degrees in Accounting, Political Science, and Urban Planning. Her research focuses on the intersection of transportation infrastructure and public health. She currently teaches at the Islamic Education Foundation of Arizona (IEFAZ).
