About the Qur’an Circle

The Qur’an Circle is a biweekly English-language program at MIT, established in 2016 as the first of its kind at the Institute. Founded in response to a survey demonstrating the need for an English program in Qur’anic studies, it focuses on Qur’anic exegesis (tafsīr) and related research topics, providing a forum for scholarly discussion.
