About the Speaker: Dr. Saeed Moshfegh is a physicist and physics educator. He is a faculty member at Texas State University and his research interest is on solid state physics, physics education, science identity and its intersection with religious, gender, and other kind identities. He has been an active member of Muslim communities around the US and has been involved in teaching Quran and Islamic studies to the youth for the last 10 yea
